[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this micro in the break room of our new shop and almost right at the 3 year mark it quit heating, we are a 24 hour restoration company for fires, floods and emergency damage to homes so getting the time to fix it is almost impossible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
