SO EASY TO USE!!!

THE CYCLE INFORMATION STRIP ON THE INSIDE OF THE MICROWAVE IS VERY HELPFUL AND CONVENIENT. IT IS A NICE LOOKING UNIT AND THE NUMBER PAD IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE EVEN THOUGH IT IS MOUNTED OVER THE STOVE AND I AM ONLY FIVE FOOT TALL. I DON'T KNOW HOW IT ALWAYS STOPS WITH THE COFFEE CUP HANDLE FACING OUT WHEN I OPEN THE DOOR BUT I LOVE THIS FEATURE.

I bought this to replace an older Whirlpool microwave that I really liked and wanted to update. I am very happy with it. It has all the features I wanted and needed. I buy Whirlpool products as I feel they have a quality product at an affordable price.

Hidden Vent

I had to replacce a previous expensive Whirlpool microwave because the exhaust fan died after 8 years of use. I was recently windowed so my needs are not elaborate since I have no immediate family living close and don't entertain large parties. This model fits my needs, HOWEVER, with the exhaust fan hidden and blowing up I've noticed that my upper white cabinet is picking up more dirt even though it's vented to the outside. Was wondering if anyone else had noticed this flaw??!!

Excellent replacement of my countertop microwave

I was replacing my kitchen appliances. I didn't really have a budget, but I wanted a microwave with an economical price and yet had a great reputation among consumers. I found that in this microwave. It has many options and saves my counterspace. My only complaint - removing the rack each time I use the turntable, which occurs most of the time. Otherwise, it is a great OTR microwave

replaced the whirlpool that after 15 years, finally gave out with a little help. i used a spray cleaner on the outside of it, and got liquid into the electronics . my fault, otherwise it would still be working

Powerful and Easy to Use

This microwave is extremely powerful. I was impressed and surprised by how quickly foods are warmed up. I have never had to leave anything in the microwave longer than anticipated. I normally have to take it out before the allotted amount of time.It is not easy to learn to use. It is not overly complicated like some appliances on the market.
