I would have rated this more highly IF it had come with an instruction manual. Believe it or not, microwave use is not intuitive.

Large inner space, powerful

This seems to be more powerful than my last MW. Seems to heat my food faster. Large inner area for all your heating needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a few weeks ago and had it installed. It is very nice looking and works just as our last one did in previous home. That's why we stuck with same brand. Reliable, good customer service and great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had it for a month but so far so good! The only thing is i dont know how to use some of the features like the melt button or defrost. Can't seem to find my book so I'm going to have to look up on line to see how those special buttons work.

Good Replacement

Purchased this microwave to replace one that only lasted 2 yrs.. Only had it for about 3 weeks but it warmed up a bunch of leftovers from the Thanksgiving crowd we had at our house. Some were even commenting on replacing theirs with this very brand.
