bought 2 micros. 1 for wife and I which is new not a replacement. 1 for daughter and their family which is a replacement.

Nice product but some flaws

Microwave works good but worklight is not reliable. sometimes you turn it on and it doesn't and sometimes it does. We had our other microwave oven for over 6 years and never had to replace the worklight - this one we had 2 weeks and the light went out.also the controls are not light so if you don't have a second light on - difficult to see
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
