I love the convenience of using the microwave. Cooking times are consistent. Product is easy to clean. Convenient features to allow for easy of use and preparation of food.

Died after 1 year 10 months

Very basic, worked fine for 1 year and 10 months and now suddenly it will not heat anything. Normally I repair my own appliances but microwave ovens are by far the most dangerous to work on so I am stuck with this lemon. Based on past Whirlpool products I have owned I would have expected much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave, easy to install too

I purchased this microwave about a month ago to replace a fridgidare gallery oven that I only had 2 yrs. This oven cooks so much better than the old one. Cooks more even and quicker too. Will purchase other wirlpool items in the future.

Unfortunately, I have to return the microwave that I purchased. Every time I cook in it, defrost something, or warm something up, it gets wet inside and I have to wipe it dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
