The microwave was received in damage-free condition. It was easy to install, worked perfectly the first time and continues to do so. The only suggestion I would make is to make the user's guide a little more explicit. Not all of the instructions for operating the unit in order to maximize all of the various cooking capabilities are clear, so it's up to the customer to figure things out.

Finally a great refrigerator and microwave

I redid my condo from top to bottom in February of this year. That, of course, included the kitchen. My appliances were 28 years old and they looked it. Even though I do not cook, I wanted the kitchen to look better than it did before the renovations. When I went to buy my appliances, I wanted stainless steel because they always looked good in other kitchens. The one thing I really wanted was a refrigerator that had a water dispenser and also made ice. And I got it. It is such a pleasure to use my new "fridge". It is sparkling on the outside and the inside. I love the glass shelves. My fruits and vegetable stay fresh and crisp. The freezer on the bottom is great as well. I can put a lot of "stuff" in there. Thanks for making a great product./I also added a microwave for the top of the stove. It has a carousel which I really wanted. My old microwave was over 30 years old. It is easy to use and I don't have to change the times on any frozen food because it doesn't cook through the first time.Thanks for that, too.

I've had the unit about three months now and it has performed flawlessly. One thing I found odd was that the height of the unit was close to two inches taller. That puts it closer to the range top so be careful of that.

This Microwave works so great. I love the fact that the different times for doing certain cooking and re-heating are right there when you open the door, and there are so many more than any one I have ever had before. Being almost ninety, I have had a few, and this one has the most innovative, convenient features of any I have had.It matches my Range, also. All of my appliances are Whirlpool!So easy to clean and vents out very well.Thanks for a great product!
