Very user friendly. Guests usually need help using someone else's microwave but this unit is generic enough for the most simple minded. The revolving tray is very effective and time saving when warming and defrosting because it distributes the heat more efficiently than our old unit that did not have the revolving tray feature.

What a difference a proper microwave makes!

I've had the small, student-style magic chef brand name microwaves over the years and now that I've finally upgraded I'm so glad I did. Great features, clean look, off the counter mounting creates less clutter & easy to clean. No more scaling food, or half frozen. This cooks things properly and to specific settings of your choosing. Well worth the investment

Disappointed. Misses the mark.

The microwave function works well. The fan on the bottom however is a huge disappointment. There is no suction whatsoever. Just a fan that blows at the top of the unit. The microwave becomes engulfed in steam when I use my WP range. My 10+ year old microwave before this was much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I WAS NOT SURE OF WHAT TO EXPECT.THE INSTALLATION WAS SIMPLE WITH MINIMUN MODIFICATIONS. SO FAR I HAD IT FOR OVER TWO MONTH AND NOT DISCREPACIENCIES.
