The picture and the sound

I've just installed this tv about 24 hours ago, and have been very pleased thus far.
The installation is a snap. You put three screws into the bottom of the TV via the base stand and away you go. As far as connecting components, the ports are straight forward to recognize, but I would suggest that the connections should be either closer to one side of the TV or partially on the side. I would also suggest that they have a controller for the sound output of external speakers. I have a pair of Bose Companions that I am using for external speakers and have determined that there is no "TV control of external speakers" they must be controlled with the on board controls of the speakers themselves which can be a definite hassle.
Upon start up, the TV flawlessly found both air and cable channels. I thought the setup took very little effort and resulted in an amazing picture. Running one of my favorite scenic DVD's resulted in images that exceed my expectations. The on board speakers of the TV itself is not so good. I would suggest that you use external speakers with this device or perhaps an A/V unit e.g. a stereo receiver to deal with the sound issue.
I think that you will be pleased with the picture quality and ease of set up of this TV. I am still trying to implement a workaround for speaker control, but am confident it is possible.

Cons: built in speakers are not that good, no control of external speakers through the tv

Great TV for the price

Excellent picture & excellent value, The only complaint is the sound ! Very low sound no matter what setting I use. But nothing a sound system can't fix !

i've owned my samsung for just over a year and have had nothing but the best compliments from any and all who have watched it with me. it's always about how clear and hd-crisp the picture is when i don't subscribe or carry an hd receiver. no one can believe what i paid for it. Ever since my purchase 8 out of 10 of my family, friends have also bought samsung tvs as well, some bigger models but still have the picture quality in a 32" as does a 52", very satisfied with features, picture & sound quality, price and reliability.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, picture quality
Cons: nothing

A good value but with two caveats for the un-hawk-eyed: First, the menus and program information are displayed in miniscule type which in most cases cannot be enlarged (the Zoom function that is occasionally available does little); secondly, accessing a channel's program listing from the remote requires numerous clickings -- whoever set up the system should have conducted surveys by actual users to see what things get used most often and then programmed the features to make those one-click operations. Lastly, the volume range of the in-set speakers is rather limited, making things hard to hear even in an average-sized room.

Excellent LCD

This is my second Samsung LCD TV. I purchased a 46" LCD 1080P in 2007 and could not be more satisfied with the TV. So when I needed a smaller TV for our bedroom it was a no brainer to buy another Samsung. Just like the 46", this 32" delivers for the price. Great picture for a 720P, great sound, and great overall package. I was originally drawn to Samsung because of their sponsorship of AMA Supercross and will continue to buy Samsung products because of the great quality.

Well the title says it all.
Samsung is the one product that never disappoints me. The picture is sharp, the menu is user friendly, the design is suave, the display is awesome and it is so affordable. If you want a quality LCD for the least amount of money without sacrificing quality then buy this one!
