Read more reviews and read lots with the same claims. Control pad not work and door malfunctioning. You used to make excellent 700 watt turntable

We bought this as a replacement of an older model microwave. Although it looks nice, there are some things that would prevent me from purchasing this model again. The door has issues sitting properly, so it sometimes doesn't close. And the carousel that the glass plate sits on always comes off track and needs to readjusted. Poor design that these kinks should have been addressed before selling them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
