Not normal GE quality.

Key pad cracked...returned for credit. Our old microwave was 14 years old and never a problem, we replaced it for one with a smaller footprint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are very satisfied with our microwave. It is quiet and efficient. The directions are simple to follow, and the buzzer that lets us know when the meal is ready to eat is just loud enough without waking up the neighbors! It is classy looking because of the two bands of stainless steel which are easy to clean but make the microwave look attractive. The instruction book is clear and comprehensive. All in all, we are very pleased . We spent quite a bit of time looking at other microwaves in order to make sure that the one we bought was the right size, quiet and easy to use. It met all our requirements.

I love the express buttons

I love the large inside of the microwave and the easy clean up. The best feature I think is the express buttons from 1 to 9 minutes and the additional 30 seconds buttons.
To set the clock was very easy.

Received as a gift to replace a larger microwave. I love the smaller size and haven't missed or needed the space. It has an easy to use keypad selection and looks good on the counter top too.

Cute Compact Oven

I have only had this for a weekend. But so far, it looks nice and seems to be well made. It is very light weight. I thought it was going to slide around. I put a tray on top of it with a few miscellanious items. Took care of it.
