Has all the features that I wanted

I bought this about 4 months ago and have been very happy with how the convection oven and microwave oven features work. Also like that there is a circular tray in the bottom PLUS a wire rack that can be set in the middle of the oven for convection cooking. Several of the other convection/microwave ovens only had the circular tray which would not meet my needs. This oven is so useful when I need to cook 3 or more different items. It saves on counter space...no longer have to have a microwave on the counter. Not sure if I am ready to get rid of my toaster oven on the counter, but I may clean more counter space off soon. If you can afford this high end convection/microwave oven, this is a nice appliance.

Not so great

I have tried to read the display panel, I have tried to read the instructions manual, I have even called to get a rep to walk me through some of the functions. I have gotten no useful instructions from anything I've tried and the rep was actually snotty to me. I am actually hating the convection part and no one I know that has one even uses it. It is not user friendly and I won't buy this brand ever again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave and great price. Convection piece is nice too. Stainless steal is a good upgrade for the kitchen style.
