the rerigerator on top really saves from bending over to retieve things plus it cut down on the electric bill it also is much quiter

Great looking functional refrigerator

I was limited in the choice of refrigerator by the size of the space to incorporate it also I particularly wanted a bottom freezer to save bending for normal requirements. This was a perfect fit, looks great, very quiet and improves the appearance of the kitchen. I miss an egg rack but the basket in the door is just perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to get items in and out. Only downside is the motor / fan is a bit noisy, but overall we are pleased.

disappointing quality

I bought this about 6 years ago. A little over a year later, rust spots appeared on the "stainless steel". Now the freezer is leaking water even though the ice maker isn't hooked up. Consumer materials, trouble shooting guide provide no info. Couldn't even locate the product using serial number on whirlpool's site..google located it. Seems like they just want to book you for a service appointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
