So far, I am very pleased with my purchase. The refrigerator has a good design, and items are readily accessible inside. The drawers also come out smoothly for easy cleaning. It is the perfect size for my needs. My last appliance (which was not a Whirlpool), required four maintenance calls in less than a year. This model keeps running perfectly!

Product is just what we wanted

We knew we wanted a Refrigerator with the lower freezer, and this model met our needs almost peefrectly. We wanted a "simple" refrigerator freezer and do not need alot of additional features such as the water and ice dispenser in the door. The only complaint is the rounded style of the door compartments limits their capacity.

Great fridge

Love my bottom freezer fridge! We've had it for four months now. The only reason I downgraded to four stars for ease of use is because the suction on the doors to make a seal for the cold air is so good, I actually have to use some muscle to get it open sometimes.The black model is shiny and easy to wipe down - so much better than my stainless steel fridge. It's actually stainless.No problems, haven't noticed a noise difference. Food is cold. What more can you ask for?

We bought the refrigerator in 2007, mainly for its design. We're very happy with it and plan to buy another when we move into our new house next year. We're selling our current home and leaving the refrigerator here.

I like the refridgerator. Only reason why I gave it a 4 star is because the paint on the handle is striping and the freezer handle came off

This refrigerator has wonderful features: Freezer on the bottom, good light in both refrigerator and freezer. Crisper drawers are easy to open and close. The "caddy" or "mezzanine" (the flat place at the bottom of the refrigerator) is a great place to park items while you rearrange or search for something. We continue to be pleased with this purchase.

Refrigerator - bottom freezer model

Every time I open this refrigerator, it's a happy experience. We love it! So easy, accessing everything. It's the very best one we've ever had. Both of us love it! Having the freezer on the bottom, is a wonderful feature. We go into the frig much more every day, and it is so much easier reaching for the things we need. No more bending down, and bumping your head, on the top part of the frig when trying to find things. Everything is right there to see. We like the shelving and the way they are made; very sturdy; and just enough room for us.The one thing we noticed about how everything like vegetables and fruit keeps better; is the frig is not damp and does not freeze things. The atmosphere is very cold, but not damp. All of our food keeps longer and stays fresh; such as berries, citrus, and all our vegies.We would recommend this frig, for it is excellent!
