Great fridge - could like to see a couple of changes

I really like my new refridgerator. It's especially easy to remove drawers to clean the fridge part and it's easy to access things in the freezer compartment. I used to have a side by side fridge and had difficulty cleaning the regular compartment and the freezer side was too small.A couple of design suggestions I have: I'd like to have a bigger deli drawer and in the freezer, I would have liked to be able to move the dividers in the slide out drawers so I can accommodate larger items, such as pizzas, roasts etc. Overall I'm very happy w/my product. I am a one person household so it is just right for me and my small kitchen. It looks pretty as well!

Did a lot of research and looking before we bought this refrigerator. We wanted the bottom freezer but worried about the size. Not a problem at all -- everything we had in the old top freezer fit -- but a lot more organized! We also absolutely love the adjustable door shelves and the adjustable shelves and drawers. Things aren't getting lost in the back of the fridge like with the old one.We are very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

This product is quiet has great features.

Have had my new fridge for about a month and am loving it. Had to get used to the freezer on the bottom had a top freezer before) but now love it. THe built in ice maker is readily available and you have plenty of storage space on the door which I didn't have before. I had to revamp where I stored things but now everything is so much easier to access. It is located right between my kitchen area and family room so wanted something reasonably quiet and this fits the bill. I also had limited space in height and width requirements and this fit perfectly. With its adjustable height it is easy to just lower it and then use the wheels to move it out to clean behind it. Overall a great product for the money. The finish also wipes easliy clean with a damp cloth or a little window cleaner. or stainless steel cleaner. I also needed the door to open the other direction and it was easy to switch the door to open the opposite way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This refrigerator has been great so far, the stainless steel front is awesome! I wish the 21cu ft would have fit in my space but it was a bit to tall, but this one has enough room for for a family of 3. I absolutely love the freezer on the bottom. It is so much more convenient, than top mounted freezers, we are in the refrigerator much more often than the freezer. It has worked flawlessly in the 3 months I have owned it, I am hoping to get many more years service. it is not totally quiet but much quieter than my old one. the only thing I don't like is the holes in the door to switch the handle from left to right. I believe whirlpool could have engineered this a little different.

This is the right size for a tight spot in our kitchen. So far, 4 months, it is running well & quiet. The quality is just as good as similar bottom freezer models, but less expensive. The bottom, freezer drawer is a great innovation -- very handy.All manufacturers now appear to have thin plastic vegetable drawers -- should be more rugged.We do not need an ice maker & there should be an option to remove it to gain more space in the freezer. We use the ice drawer in the fridge as a 3rd drawer for cheese & sandwich meat.Our last refrigerator ran for 45 years. People say the new ones only go at best for about 7 years. We'll just have to see.

we are happy with this Whirlpool product as we have been with the prior refrigerators, washing machines & dryers we have purchased from your company. However, the shelves on the door could be better designed so large items on the bottom don't fall over and out.

I love this bottom freezer fridge. I enjoy having the movable shelving and also humidity controlled produce drawers. Having the drawer at waist height instead on the bottom of the fridge is so awesome. Couldn't be happier.
