Great Update!

We purchased this about 1 month ago to replace a dying Gibson that we'd had for nearly 27 years! It is quieter and not running like the old one. So far we are happy with it. The Whirlpool brand is a very good one and we've always been happy with their products.

Excellent Upgrade for the small kitchen

I needed to get rid of my old mid 90's energy wasting refrigerator and I found a great replacement in this Whirlpool model. The new refrigerator is much quieter has much better use of internal space and uses much less electricity. I have a small kitchen and this fit perfectly. And having the larger refrigerator on the top and the freezer on the bottom is a perfect arrangement for how I use a refrigerator. Make sure the unit is leveled properly to help diminish the compressor coils from vibration.

I needed an up-to-date, energy efficient 'fridge, but one small enough to fit in our cupboard space. This one fits perfectly; and, it holds so much more than our old one. The bottom freezer is marvelously convenient for us seniors. We can open the 'fridge and not have to bend over which is great. The ice maker produces a lot of good, hard ice quickly, at least faster than our old 'fridge.

Solid product for an entry level bottom freezer model.

We were tired of the top freezer models and finally took the plunge and purchased this model. I recommend getting the biggest unit you can fit into your space as the bottom freezer drawer is harder to organize and utilize than a top freezer. I am generally quite happy with the fridge space, though I think the organization of the space needs more thought and we need to change the shelving around.

The fridge is very handy and holds a wonderful assortment of items. I like that everything is on the top and easier to reach than trying to bend down to get things out of the bottom..

Whirlpool 19 cubic refrigerator

The fridges cooling control unit is too big and takes up so much space in the very front of the refrigerator. I also don't believe it cools as well as it should. The freezer is on the bottom which is good, but there's NO stinking space in it. Glad I have a big chest freezer. Whirlpool may be good, but don't like this refrigerator at all! Wouldn't buy it again.
