I am so glad you still have the 23 ink cartridge. I have used the "imitation" 23 that is reloaded I suppose, and it doesn't work at all sometimes and not for very long when it does. I have, what I suppose in this day of fast obsolescence, is an antique or dinosaur of a copier. I bought it many years ago. It is an HP, as most of my electronics are, and I love it. The copier works better than any I've seen, so I am very happy you still carry the cartridge for it.

the first color print I made with the new cartridge had white lines across it. I cleaned the cartridge to no avail; there was a white line across the colored boxes. Then I primed the cartridge with the same results. I have not printed many pictures since but it seems that it depends upon how much of which colors is needed to get good print.

I recommend this product for your HP PSC 500 series machines. I have tried to use generic ink from websites and stores, but they don't come close. Nothing works as well as the original products.

I continue to be very satiffied with HP printer ink products. I own a DeskJet 895Cse which is nearly 13 years old and has never required any maintainence. I've tried using less expensive ink cartridges and I've gotten exactly what I paid for: cheapter-looking output! I now use only HP printer ink cartridges for exceptionally clear print with sharp characters, no blurred edges, and the color on the printed page is remarkable. The black ink is very black and the colors are exactly as seen on the monitor. These are very good quality products, easy to install, and I recommend them without reservation.

The blue ink would not print. After several attempts and frustration, we contacted HP and a new cartridge was shipped immediately to replace the bad cartridge. Excellent service.

The number of pages the cartridge prints is less than advertised. In fact the last cartridge didn't print at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
