My first GE appliance

refrigerator is loud, from the ice maker filling up to the noise it makes( hums). It us actually louder than the model I replaced (frigidaire) and it was a model from 2004. It doesn't have many features. It would be nice it came with the module for wifi (added expense). For sure I don't like the panel it's hard to see. Other than that I would recommend it to family and friends. I did have a good experience with customer service also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GREAT FEATURES

We love the fingerprint resistant feature! Not a big fan of the very small shelves on the left door. Only had this refrigerator a month now so still getting used to it. We bought a new home and these are the appliances that were provided. I love the bottom frezzer which I did not think I would like.

Looks nice, lots of storage.....but.....

Love the refrigerator - the smooth black finish is so much better than old rough finish. Storage is great, but the ice bin isn't very large (obviously, because it's in the door.)
Two complaints - this refrigerator is LOUD. Many different sounds -whirring sounds, buzzing sounds - these are NOT the ice maker sounds.
The other complaint is that the ice bin is not easy to remove. It feels like it's going to break if you force it out.
Other than that - we love it
I would recommend this to a friend!
