High BTU Burners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our 30" self-cleaning Maytag range for several months now and I am very pleased with the high powered BTU burners. We replaced a Tappan range that was 20 years old. Wow! What a difference in BTU output with the new range. Cooking is so much faster. We purchased the white range because my past experience with a stainless steel range with a black cooktop was less then ideal. The black cook surface was VERY difficult to clean. No matter what you used on the black surface it always looked smeared and greasy! The oven is huge. I haven't had to use the self-cleaning feature yet. It appears to operate differently then self-cleaning ovens I have owned in the past. I will have to reserve comment on that feature until a later time.

perfect compliment to my kitchen

I converted my old electric range to this great gas range. has worked beautifully in my kitchen since being installed. only complaint I have is the temperature is not calibrated correctly and I can't figure out how to adjust it, so I just turn it up a few degrees. have tested it with 2 different oven temp testers.
I would recommend this to a friend!
