Many defective speaker components for a new system

The wireless receiver module and the TX card wouldn't work and the cable of one of the back surround speakers was pulled out from the plug. Trying to get Samsung to just replace these few things still hasn't happened. They want the WHOLE system sent to them on MY dime, since the system was a gift and no receipt. Very maddening. Not to mention it was hard to setup.
Cons: Poor quality, hard to setup
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
