IM NOT FAMILIAR WITH SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AND WE JUST BOUGHT A WASHER AND DRYER(FRONT LOAD), SO GIVE ME A FEW MONTHS AND I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW I LIKE THEM. I DO LIKE THE ABILITY TO CHANGE THE DOOR ON THE DRYER(2010 MODEL) TO BAD THE WASHER(2009 MODEL) DID NOT HAVE THE SAME FEATURE.

Was a little apprehensive about spending this much on a dryer, but WOW! Now asking myself why I did not do it sooner. I had gotten so use to the time it took to dry with the old one and now with this one I just in disbelief. Used it with the old washer (new washer was on backorder) and dry time was much faster but then got the new washer and WOW!!! Some loads dry as fast as 5 to 10 min. Simple love it…
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, sharp looking
Cons: scratches easily
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really great dryer

I have had this dryer almost a week now and really like it -- attractive design, dries quickly and is very quiet. I even like the little tune it plays when the dry cycle has finished -- more pleasant than a loud buzz. Of course it can be turned off it someone does not want to hear the tune.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purched this dryer with the matching washer as a set. The dryer is the best I have ever owned or used. Very quied and efficient. I like everything about this product because it does what it is designed to do and it does it well.
Pros: quiet, easy on clothes
Cons: none

I purchased Samsung dryer with the washer and it has not let me down with its powerful performance. It does what it does. It dries the clothes, heavy loads like blankets in just one cycle. I love how it looks and how it works. Thank you Samsung!

This is the best dryer I have ever had. Everything dries great and it also has wrinkle prevent so that your clothes are wrinkle free. It can tell how long your clothes need to dry if they are not that wet the time goes down instantly and I love that it saves the electricity bill greatly!!! Thanks to Samsung I love there products!!! Will not ever use anything else!!!

Was troubled when we had a problem with our 13 month old dryer, The customer service folks were very helpfull, professional and actually realy cared, how novel. Service Tech was dispatched and quickly repaired the dryer. What was unique, was that all these people not only fixed the dryer but they valued the reputation of the Samsung product and fixed the customer.
