Fantastic results

We bought this last year. We love it. It's taken some practice, but the results are fantastic! The chicken and turkey comes out with CRISPY skin and is tender and moist inside. Just remember NOT to use oil and butter -- it will smoke and burn, and you don't need it on this grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The only problem I have with this cooker is the wood box. I have not been able to get it to latch right from day one. I have a piece of Rebar that I lean up against it to keep it closed and not loose all the smoke. Other than that I am very pleased with this cooker. I have only used it as a smoker so far.

We've had this grill for 2 years and hasn't let us down yet...the fact that nothing your cooking comes in contact with the burner means no replacing burners from drips from meat or anything your cooking.we use this all the time.

Love This Grill!

We GRILL! Before buying The Big Easy, I had a five burner gas grill with a side burner and infrared rotisserie a charcoal Weber, and a wood/charcoal smoker. My wife thinks I am nuts but does not complain when the food is served. She actually saw The Big Easy first and was drawn to the claim of having NO charred food and therefore no carcinogens. She also like the idea of fat and grease dripping off and not flaring up. We bought it in November 2015 and have used it weekly. Sometimes 5 days in one week.
We recently contacted customer support for an issue about an area burning through, (I figured from overuse) and they were right on it. I got an email and a phone call and they are seeing what they can do for us. I will buy another grill when this one wears out because of my experience cooking on this grill. I will buy more Char Broil products because of the great customer service from Teresa.

Love this grill!!

I bought this originally to try cooking a Christmas prime rib. The closer it got to the big day, I found out that I had to cook 2 prime rib roasts. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time using this grill. I used the included basket, racks and my own thermometer to roast these 2 hunks of meat to absolute perfection. It couldn't have been easier or tasted better, that was over 2 years ago.
I have since only used my expensive, Weber Genesis once, it is a yard ornament. I use the Big Easy for everything including ribs, wings, vegetables, steaks, burgers and our favorite, kabobs. It is so versatile with the included basket, rib hooks & grill top. It is so easy to move around, in fact I take it with us on our dozen or so camping trips a year. I seldom use the grill or stove in our camper trailer and never use the campground grill. I often have fellow campers asking what it is that I am using to cook our food.
I love this grill so much that I bought another and have it new in the box, sitting in storage to have when my current one wears out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this on Fathers Day and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Assembly was a breeze and couldn't wait to start cooking. Seasoned it like the instructions said to do and then began cooking. Everything I have cooked so far has came out better than I could have imagined. Steaks, chicken, pork chops have come out nice and juicy. Could not believe how much juice the chickens had in them. Even the white meat was juicy. NO FLARE UPS!!!!!!! My wife and family are AMAZED at the quality of the food. Several of our friends are thinking of getting this. Anyone considering this don't hesitate. It is well worth the money spent.

I first bought the Big Easy Turkey Fryer and loved the job it did on turkey's and chicken, then saw the SRG. I have since sold the fryer to a friend, and use my SRG constantly from chicken legs to turkey's to brats, steaks, burgers and roasts. Great ease of use, flavor, and all VERY juicy!! I think I'm going to sell my old Weber also!
