Temp control knob stuck

I have mine for a couple of years now I keep it covered and Well maintained. The temperature control knob is stuck, I cannot turn the gas flow on.Could you please tell me if there is a quick fix to this problem.

We love our Big Easy Smoker

We have had both the regular Big Easy and now the Smoker, and the Smoker/Grill is the best. We had delicious grill even in the middle of a midwest winter! LOVE IT!

Great Smoker

I have had my smoker, grill roaster for a couple of years now and I love. The only negative is I would like more smoke and have not been able to find a way to get it. I have cooked roasts, turkeys, chickens, beef and pork ribs, sausage, steaks, .....everything and I love it.
