This is the best Grill I've ever owned. Since we travel as campers a lot we take it with us. I've cooked whole chicken, steak, burgers, hot dogs, Baby Back Ribs and Prime Rib Roast. My wife and I loves this Grill.

I never had a True Infrared or any Infrared before. I had given up on Propane based Grills years ago, but when I saw this one on TV I had to give it a try. I am so so happy I did. You have to be careful and not over cook because it cooks and smokes very fast, but once I learned that I have made the best Ribs, Brisket, Sausage, steaks and burgers that I have ever tasted. I bought a cover so I can get this grill to last a while and not rust out like my many others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works for just about everything. Great little smoker for pork butts. Does terrific beer can chicken. and grills w/o flare-ups for the perfect meat main course

Great product

I bought the Char-Broil Big Easy because many review I read stated that the meat cooked evenly. I used the Big Easy for Thanksgiving cooking a turkey and there were parts of the meat that were still raw while other thicker parts were cooked throughly. Does anyone have any advice on how to ensure that the turkey gets cooked evenly? Position of the turkey, makes a difference?

We're sorry to hear this. How was the turkey positioned in your Big Easy? We recommend placing it with the breast up. Was the lid used the entire time? When cooking a turkey in the Big Easy we recommend only placing the lid on around the end of the cook to crisp the skin. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to best assist.

The Big Easy

Assembly pretty straight forward-30-45 minutes. 1st cook was polish sausage with a light apple wood smoke. Delicious! Love it so far. Looking forward to more tasty meats/veggies!
