Good grille

It doesn't have enough temperature control. Cooks too fast for a "smoker"
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best BBQ grill ever made!!!

We have had this BBQ since 2012 and absolutely love it! It is more than a grill we also use it as an oven. Who ever knew it would have been so versatile.
Have baked bread in it which turns out Perfect! Homemade Pizza also bakes perfect. And suprise surprise even meatloaf, in regular and small loaf pans, and also as a stuffed roll wrapped in bacon! Our roasted whole chicken is better than store bought. We do steaks, hamburgers, hotdogs, brats and potatoes. We have purchased as many Big Easy accessories as possible. Can’t say much more, absolutely love this grill. Oh and we have 3 friends/family members also who have bought this grill because they were so impressed with what we are able to do on ours!

Great Product

I have had this smoker for about 3 years now and it is a great product. Doesn't slow smoke as it is too hot but it rotisseries and grills fantastic!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had other grills costing thousands of dollars but this by far the best outdoor cooking product I have ever had.

Surpasses My Expectations With Flying Colors

WHAT A VERSATILE PRODUCT!!!!!!!
The main reason and purpose for purchasing this product initially was to roast/fry and smoke whole turkeys the oil less way but it has far surpassed my expectations. I've found a pizza stone that fits on the grill grate and a perforated pizza pan that I use in unison with each other and now I can have a smokey flavor added to a grilled pizza. It is also a perfect unit for making what I would call a boiled or stock pot meal with various veggies, potatoes and smoked meats or sausage for added smoke flavor during the cooking process. Just use your imagination and limitations are endless. I've found a stainless steel stock pot that the handles are riveted onto it and is large enough in diameter to hang the stock pot by the handles inside the inner shell but doesn't go all the way to the bottom of and can take advantage of the TRU-INFRARED HEAT. The TRU-INFRARED COOKING SYSTEM is just as advertised and meets the claim.
