Love the grill, just wish the manufacturer had put a couple of wheels on it for easier moving...duh?

Just got it put it together everything works good but the smoker compartment keeps getting stuck almost didn't want to come out.

Cook outdoors more than ever!

Bought it in June and wonder how I did without it so long. I've owned several charbroil grills over the years but never cooked anything but burgers and the occasional steak or two. But with the srg, I've done kabobs (using the optional kabob holder...s-o-o-o easy), more steaks, roasted a whole chicken and even grilled some tilapia! Gonna grill a sirloin tip roast Sunday. looking forward to doing ribs in the near future and turkey breasts for Thanksgiving! The srg is nearly perfect except for some manufacturing flaws. I really enjoy using it and my wife enjoys me using it too...it relieves her of heating up the oven a lot!

I have prepared turkey, chicken, pork, bratwursts, dogs, steaks and hamburgers. Once I figured out the temp., and use a thermometer I have really been able to put out some excellent meals.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I loooove the smoker feature.The food is unbelievably mouth watering. I'm so excited to cook our holiday foods. Infrared is the best way to cook!!! Truly no grease flare ups or drying of the food because there is no direct flame contact with the food.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was given as a first from a relative who never took it out of the box. First use, and we were hooked! I never really cared for chicken before it was done in this smoker. (Wood chips optional) And now we have chicken on the regular since And we been crowned the chicken masters! We use it for grilling all meets and vegetables and roasting, and it is so evenly cooked and perfectly roasted and moist.
Some might want a little more capacity or grill space, but it's still ample size for us considering you can cook a 25 lb bird if necessary. I would understand someone needing something bigger but it works for a family of 4-5.
We had our gift giving relative over for dinner and she went back and ordered another one for herself after all! She now is cooking with it and loving it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Grill / smoker you can buy

I have had the Big Easy for about a year now and it is the most versatile grill I have ever owned. Everything comes out great in and on this grill from Turkey to roasts to burgers. The only minor negative is the grill size, wish it was a little larger.
I would recommend this to a friend!
