My husband now cooks. Thank you! He totally loves this product. It has been hot and we don't have to heat the house. The meat comes out tender, cooked a roast, chicken, vegies. All would melt in your mouth and flavor is excellent. I told him he is my chief now. Thank you for such a fine product.
