I’ve been using my Stamina rowing machine for two weeks now. It’s stable, solid and compact. Fits great in the bedroom and is easy to store out of the way when necessary.

I used to use a rower in my Navy days. Recently my treadmill died, so I decided to go back to the tower for strength and aerobic training. I do work up a pretty good sweat and my cardio performance has increased.

This is my third stamina rower. For being brand new I'm a little disappointed the tension settings slip part way through my work out and the timer dislodged immediately; I had to tape it down but for the price it's not a bad buy

The seat is comfortable, I'm not slipping. I am using it level, not inclined. My feet are staying in the foot rests without using the straps. It feels really smooth when you row. I'm really happy with it. If you just want to work one side of your back more than the other, you can just row one-handed. It smells clean, unlike one I used to have where you could smell the grease in the pistons when you rowed, no smell at all with this one. It takes very little space in the room, I can leave it in the middle of the floor and it isn't a problem. It is designed to have the seat move, but I made the seat stationary (like an old one I had in the early 90's) by slipping the seat off the end of the the track and putting those little cheap metal window security locks in front of and back of the seat. For what it's worth, I'm a 32 inseam and it seems like this would work for much longer legs. I have it so my legs are comfortably bent, and the seat could go back another 9".
