I had never used one before so maybe I had unrealistic expectations. I wanted more of a leg workout than what it offers and conversely I did not want as much of an arm workout. So I made a few modifications that raised the back end up higher and now I get a little bit more of a leg workout. I'm wondering if I'll ever raise the difficulty level above the lowest setting for the "oars".. And they did keep coming loose until I Really cranked down on them.

Extremely well built and an affordable price. I am 6 ft tall and the machine works well for me and my 5 ft wife. Tension adjustment ranges from light workout to very strenuous with lots of in between range. Very pleased with the purchase.

Bottom line, this is an incredible product for the price. The instructions for assembly were clear. In the machine provides exactly what is advertised. I had a question for their customer service and I received the answer in a reasonable amount of time.
