I would have never thought that this portable stepper would give such a great workout. I definitely feel the burn! Plus, I take the stepper wherever I go because of its compact size. I find that having the electronic monitor count my steps and calories burned very useful.

It is a workout. Got to give it that. However, it squeaks like an Elk in distress. Have tried WD40 in every cranny that we thought the noise was coming from. But, we still have it.

The product I bought was harder to operate than thought. The shocks provided more resistance than I wanted for the exercise I was looking for. I would have like to be able to adjust it to make it easier at the beginning to operate it. Maybe in time I would get used to a harder workout.

IT BROKE ON ME

In the middle of my work out the thing breaks. Right where the step is welded to the frame. I Bought this not too long ago. My weight is well below the weight limit for using this machine. Really dissapointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wouldn’t get this stepper as the sole part of your daily workout routine but it’s great to use in conjunction with other cardio equipment if you have it- I recommend the stamina green machine strider to go with it!
