Purchased to replace my old washer that "died" in the middle of doing a load. Was simple to install, my husband and I were able to lift it on to the pedestal easily. Features are wonderful, noise level next to nothing, and it uses 1/2 the water my old one did. I would definitely recommend this washer to others.

This washer does not remove detergent on a regular wash cycle. In order to get the detergent out of the cloths, you have to run an an additional rinse with each wash. This increases the wash time (from 40 miinutes for "Normal" to an hour and 11 minutes) and wastes water. So much for the "Energy Star" rating! We use nothing but the recommended detergent and add only what the manufacturer recommends for the size of each load.
Pros: Inexpensive, quiet
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
