I have owned this washer for almost a year now and I love it. It washes so much better than my 5 yr old non high-efficiency that I got rid of. It also has helped a little on the utility bills. I would definetly recommend this to anyone in the market for a new washer.

After my old washer broke, I researched washing machines off and on for 4 months. I did not want to buy a front-loader because of what I had heard about the smell. As I researched, it became evident that on most machines, for every positive review there was an extremely negative review. The new non-agitator, front-load machines in general seemed to have too high of a spin function that ripped clothing, clothes came out with dirt streaks on them, there wasn't enough water in the machine to clean and rinse the clothes, etc. etc. I was convinced that the newfangled washing machines just weren't good quality. Luckily, I was able to try out my friend's Samsung WF210ANW machine. I was so impressed that I bought one the next day. I have waited a month before writing this review so that I would have some perspective. I have a family of 4, one being a teenage boy who plays baseball and gets his baseball pants filthy. I have only positive comments about this machine! I have found that if you have the machine installed correctly and read the instructions first, that is the key. Never blame the machine if it is user error! I have learned that if I am washing filthy clothes, I can adjust the water level by choosing "heavy duty" cycle and the "heavy" soil level selection. If I want a gentler spin on more delicate clothes, I can choose the "delicate" cycle. In addition to the 6 cycles, you can manually choose the water level (light, normal, heavy) and the spin level (no spin, low, medium, high). My son's filthy pants get clean, because I know how to set the settings. My delicates don't get ripped because I know how to set the settings. Clothes come out so dry that I now can set my dryer for about half the drying time. For those who don't have time for a long cycle, there is a "quick wash" setting that I use most of the time, unless I have heavily soiled clothes - it's about a 30-minute cycle. Another thing I had heard about these washers is the "lock" feature - people didn't like that the lid locked and they couldn't open it during the cycle. That is incorrect - read the instructions for how to stop and unlock the door. I have had no odd smells, because I wipe down the door and inside of machine and leave the door open between washes. The machine is SUPER quiet. Even when it is on high spin, I can't hear it with my laundry room door closed. During the rest of the cycle, I can barely hear it when I'm in the room. Another great feature is that you can set the machine and delay the start for up to 19 hours, which is great if you are a busy mom like I am. Bottom line: this machine is quiet, energy-efficient, uses WAY less water yet gets the clothes very clean, has lots of washing options, and was a great value for the price I paid.

This washing machine is very quiet, compared to my previous washing machine. The clothes are practically dry when they are finished, which means my dryer has less time drying ): I like the different settings on the machine. We use the quick wash a lot because it saves time and still gets the clothes clean. I have saved on detergent, even though HE detergent is a little more expensive, it lasts longer.

I am really enjoying this washer.... it is my first front loader and I am very happy with this purchase so far. I am still amazed how clean the clothes come out with such little use of water. Overall, it is very quiet and the song at the end of the cycle is very refreshing. It has a very large capacity and I have competed all the laundry in my home within 2 days! (Including blankets, sheets, towels,rugs and curtains.) Never really enjoyed doing laundry until this purchase.
Pros: Durable

For the price and high wash quality along with various government rebates this is one of the best value washing machines I have owned.The installers did not put it in correctly and when the service tech came to level it he said the machine is the same as the more expensive Samsungs, just less doodads on it.He rarely if ever has to do any work on Samsung washers and dryers.
He also told me if you follow the maintenance requirements closely we should get many good years out of it. It does an excellent job of cleaning clothes and spins so well them at the final spin that our drying time has been cut in half compared to our old toploader. The HE detergent is now the same price per load as regular detergent so that is a plus also.
I would buy this machine again and not hesitate to recommend it.

Oh My Goodness! This has got to be the BEST washer I've ever used! We own five other samsung applicances so I knew that this washer would not disappoint. I knew it would be good but "good" is an understatment! Way to go Samsung...I am forever a loyal fan.

Super quite,great value for the money. Couldn't believe how little water it uses. Took the shipping bolts out with the supplied wrench, hooked up the lines, plugged it in and checked level,that's all there was to it. Will be buying the matching dryer as soon as the funds are saved.
