I can't believe how little water that is required! Quite, very quite. Cleans very well and doesn't damage the clothes. My husband and I don't really get our clothes "dirty" so it is nice that maybe we will get to "wear out" the clothes instead of "washing them to death".
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Machine = Super clean clothes

This machine is super quiet and does a great job cleaning the dirty clothes. A little more technical than my first front loader but after all they were over 10 years old!! If this is your first front loader you will love it. I am learning to love it as we got used to the "old" one and new is always a bit different.
Definately would recommend... love it stacked, less space and ease of removing the dry clothes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am just so happy that I purchased this fantastic washer. It is performing far beyond my expectations. My clothes come out so clean compared to my previous washer and the fact that I can use far less cleansing products is just great. This washer is so very quiet and it also uses far less water than my previous washer.
Pros: Inexpensive, beats my previous washer by a mile
I would recommend this to a friend!

The first time I washed my clothes in this washer, the water that came out of the hose into my washtub was dark grey. I couldn't believe that my clothes were that dirty! The washer is so much quieter than my old unit & it uses about a quarter of the water than my old washer did. I like the VRT because it makes the washer self-balance. The HE soap isn't that expensive either and you can find it practically anywhere. I didn't get the pedestals because my ceiling wasn't high enough, but it's not really an issue for me.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable

First let me say....I LOVE SAMSUNG products and their warranty's! Before purchasing this washer, I did my researched, talked to friends who have front loaders...everyone loved them....sold me!
When I first started using it, I loved it! The spin cycle gets more water out of the clothes, therefore, your clothes spend less time in the dryer...which is GREAT!! It is very quiet, which is impressive. But, then I started to notice that the clothes didn't seem to be getting clean. (I use Tide HE soap)...the other thing I don't like is the time it takes a regular load of laundry with heavy soil to run...it can take up to 1 1/2 hours! I have seen a slight decrease in the water bill.
The price was good but, wish I would of bought a top loader instead. They don't take as long to wash a load of clothes and they always got the dirt out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this machine for about a year. It inconsistently does not do the final spin so the clothes are soaking wet. I then have to run the spin cycle only to get the clothes drier. It has been checked many times, a computer board replaced, and it still does it!
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
