I love this machine!

This is the second front load washer that I have owned. This is a much better machine! I love the Sanitize and Quick Wash cycles. Also, being able to wash King Size comforters at home is a huge plus for this product.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, numerous cycle choices

I have had this washer for 3 days and have run about 10 loads so far. It replaced an old Maytag Neptune with massive mold problems. So far I am very happy with the performance of the washer. I particularly like the sanitize cycle. Used Sanitize for towels and they came out clean and fresh. Bye Bye moldy odor!! I also like the filter cleaning feature as well as the ability to empty water from the drum. I'm glad I made the purchase and love the features.

I love this washer. I have used all the features and LOVE them. All the options are wonderful. The washer is gentle on all our clothing. Yet it is also very tough on dirty laundry. I am so happy with this washer and very pleased with our purchase.

I replaced an ~17 year old top-load washer. I did a tremendous amount of research and talked to friends that had recently purchased a washer. I wondered why if I had used a top-loader successfully for all these years did I really need a front-loader. I decided to purchase this unit knowing that I could return it if not satisfied. I could not be happier: #1 it gets your clothes clean, #2 it is quiet, #3 it makes the entire clothes washing process easy, #4 it is gentle on your delicates and hand washables. I would absolutely buy this washer again.

Switched from top loading machine to new front load. Does exactly what it was advertised to do. Cleans large and small loads extremely well. Is quiet in comparison with old top load machine. Is it silent? No nor did I expect it to be. The only drawback I have found is much longer wash cycles, but this is true of all front load machines that we looked at prior to purchasing. Maybe thats one reason they wash so well. Very satisfied with Samsung 410 washer

We Love Our New Washer

My wife and I could not be more pleased with our new Samsung washer. We had heard about the superior quality of Samsung washers and dryers and when our GE front loader self destructed after only 4 years 1 month we decided on Samsung, We could not be happier with our choice. We absolutely love it's performance and features... I can't wait for our refrigerator to go... the new one will be a Samsung....

door hing comes loose. i had to tighten it 3 times alreay and i only had this washer for 1 month.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality

Does everything we need it to do and more.
The large size allows me to do less loads. Also, the multiple features allow me to customize my loads (e.g. Bedding, Sanitize).
Great Product.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
