Great features if it worked consistently

We actually love this microwave/convection oven, but we get a lot of errors and tonight the power shut off for 30 mins and would not come back on. This happened while cooking a meal in it. I was going to submit a service request but haven't yet. I'll give it one more chance then I'll get someone out here. It's only 5 months old!
Pros: lot of features
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, lots of errors, works when it wants to
