Generally happy with purchase. Love the way the finish doesn't show fingerprints or smudges. However, the refrigerator has started making a funny noise that I don't know how to describe and it makes me a little nervous. It hasn't affected the functions of the refrigerator but is a little unnerving.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Whirlpool Fridge and Freezer has everything we need! it

We are very pleased with our new Whirlpool Fridge and Freezer. It's plenty big as an 18 cu. ft. top Freezer for our family of two+ with grandkids visiting often. It has all of the feaatures we were wanting.The price was right for our budget. We chose the color of black to match our other Whirlpool appliances and it looks beautiful in our kitchen.

Design was Great - Noise was not

We purchased this Frig in Aug 2009 because of the size and design. However it made some of the strangest sounds and was very loud which probably explains why it QUIT working 2 months shy of using it 3 years. Will not consider purchasing a whirlpool frig any time soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not very happy

We got our refrigerator November 18, 2009 and it went out tonight November 24,2012. I loved the spaced it has but for the price we paid and it going out on us I am very disappointed. Warranty already expired.
