I like the unit in size and appearance. The interior has a great look with theglass shelves design which allows for ease of storage of various foods and storage of fruits and vegetables. To top it all off we got a quality name product at an affordable price.Thank you Whirlpool.

The Practical Office Frig

We've had our Whirlpool 18 cu. ft. Top Mount Refrigerator for over a year now and we have nothing but great things to say. It is virtually trouble-free. We have staff meetings once a month which are carry-ins and the space handles all of the food items well from trays to big bowls. We never run out of ice. It was an excellent choice!

I am happy with my new Whirlpool refrigerator. It runs quietly and keeps the correct temperature keeping the food inside cold. The outside is easy to clean which saves time.

We have always bought Whirlpool brand appliances whenever possible. We trust this brand of product. We have always had good service from Whirlpool appliances. Our Whirlpool drop-in stove is 32 years old. The Whirlpool refrigerator that we had to replace was over 26 years old. We had to have a refrigerator right away and I wished I had a little more time to shop around for more features but we got what we could afford at the time. Love my fridge!

Hard to close!

The storage bins are difficult to close, as if they're stuck on the runners. It's been like that since day one so I assume its just an unlucky feature of this frig. At the time I bought it I was in a tremendous hurry and couldn't be picky. I probably would not have chosen this had I had time to really look at it.

This product has some problems

We have laminate flooring next where the frig is sitting. The refrigerator is setting on a tile floor. We began see a wavering of the laminate floor and found that water was leaking from the refrigerator. To find the leak I had to remove the lower cover in the back and found the plastic hose connected to the switching valve that supplies water to the ice maker was never tightened fully. I was able to tighten it with only my fingers, but did apply a wrench to completely stop the drip. Who ever was responsible when installing the internal water line caused sever problems/destoried our floor.In your opinion what other rating does this appliance deserve.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This refrigerator is an excellent value for the size and style. It operates efficiently and has good features. We have had Whirlpool products, including a refrigerator and have always been pleased.

I've had other brands that have been a real let down & disappointment. This purchase was made for our church cause I have a Whirlpool @ home that has been super. Never any issues in the time I've had it & am thinking I will possibly never own anything but Whirlpool. Thanks for making quality products.
