I like the machine so far

I do have one concern or minor issue. When u try and bake with convection over on it undercooks the product because the air circulating drys out the product. Convention works well on electric stoves but needs adjustment on the temperature on gas. Tip: you may want to include cocking tips with gas in your manaual. Thanks

I thought I would really love this stove and was anticipating having a convection oven. However, my first attempt at baking using the regular oven feature was a huge disappointment. A pan of lasagna that should have been done in 30 minutes was still raw after 50 minutes. I had the same results when I baked two apple pies. The problem turned out to be defective electronics (sensor and/or control panel); both were replaced under warranty at no cost to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love finally getting back to gas! The convection features are great, and the burners are powerful while easy to control. Easy to clean and looks great. For a guy with a restaurant background, this range feels like home!

Love the oven

This is the best stove I have ever owned.The oven is wonderful, my baking is beter than ever.I like the way the burners are arranaged on the top, and theheavy duty grates, cleans up easily.I did have to have the convection oven fan replaced after only a few months, it just quit. But does work well now.The stove top seems to get very hot with the heavy duty burners.Do love the stove though.

This stove is fantastic! The oven preheats quickly, sounding clearly when it is ready. The stove top is wonderfully easy to clean. It fits in our kitchen perfectly, adding a nice level of class without burning a hole in our bank account.
