Hight maintenance… be ready to clean it everything morning, small water container and it’ll be ( fresh ) coffee waisted inside the machine all the time …
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine started out rough and now adds too much water. I can turn the water down, but it's not working as well as my first one did. That one was awesome.

Caffè crema - Sooooooo tasty!!!!

Can't believe the flavorful caffè crema this smooth operator delivers! I love a long double (or two) every morning. Fast, fresh, never nasty - and better beans deliver and even better cup. Care and maintenance is simple and easy. Descaling takes a while, but super easy. Wish I could take it with me on travels ;)

Machine Quality has gone south

This is the third Magnifica machine I've had. Never experienced problems with the first two (which I gave away when moving). The third one, bought more than two years ago, have had many problems. Most recently, lots of dregs in the coffee, coffee ground is all over the machine inside, coffee is weak, though I followed descale and cleaning prompt as dutifully as before... I wonder if DeLonghi has comprised its product quality. Its website offers little help regarding problems... Very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had our delonghi ESAM 3300 for 5.5 years, use it multiple times a day, it makes consistent espresso every single day, will buy another one when this one wears out!
