Disappointing

I bought this machine less then a year ago. It has been back to Delongi for repairs 3X getting ready for the 4th. Reoccurring problem the adjustable spout will not stay in place. It keeps falling and need to lift before removing cup. Another problem is with coffee strength consistency. Customer service is nice and very accommodating with supplying boxes and labels. But I’m at my breaking point. The cost of fixing this machine has got to exceed it value. I really wanted to love it. Thankful I didn’t toss my single serve Kerig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had an older machine that my wife gave me probably close to 15 years and when it finally gave up the ghost I knew a replacement was needed ASAP! I have always loved the ease of using this machine and the coffee was once described by an acquaintance as the best coffee she had ever had! Not much else to say!
