Had it 16 years until my 56th birthday and purchased the same exact machine! Nothing on this has changed! It’s a total winner and has saved my a small fortune by owning it.

Easiest and most consistent coffee machine!

I have had mine for 7 yrs. And prior, I lived with a boyfriend who had this model. That's where I had my first experience with it. That was for 3 yrs. So for 10 yrs I have used the DeLonghi Magnifica Automatic Espresso Machine.. It is easy to clean and makes a consistent cup of coffee every time. I can't tell you how much I love mine!

Great Machine

I've had my ESAM3300 for almost two years. I use it daily and I love it. I was easily able to get it dialed-in. I'm able to get good, rich espresso at the push of a button. I'm very happy with the quality of beverages I can make quickly, with minimal effort. The panerello wand is great if you don't really know how to get a good milk foam. However, I took the panerello attachment off after the first week. If you know what you're doing, you can make a more smooth foam without the attachment.
Cleaning and maintenance is very simple. The brew unit is easy to remove and rinse. The used grounds container is easy to get to, to be emptied and cleaned, and the drip tray is easily cleaned.
The location of the removable water tank makes it very easy to fill it up. There is no option to put a water filter in the tank. I use Reverse Osmosis water in my machine, which eliminates any need for a filter.
I'm very happy with my machine and would recommend it to anyone.

Great machine for the money.

I bought this coffee machine more then year ago. Before to buy I did research. If you compare with other fully automated coffee machine yes it’s more noisy. Everything else great. And this is the cheapest one. I was reading one review. Customer complain about the noise. It’s not big deal for me. My advice before to buy search for review and watch video on YouTube. I like this coffee machine and would recommend to other buyers.

Very dissapointed

I bought this machine in 2020 based on my sister’s satisfactory review of the brand. We took good care of this coffee maker, cleaning it regularly. Then I’m August 2021, it started leaking water really bad. I took it for a repair and it worked great for about a month. Then the stream started to be so slow that it would take multiple minutes to prepare a cup. Took it in for repair again, got it fixed, now the plastic tube thing where the coffee is dispensed into the cup is broken. No, we’re not rough on this coffee maker . I am done though. Going back to Jura.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
