[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised when the fan came on because a pot was boiling on the cooktop below. That is a nice feature. I was not happy when the template for installing the installation plate in the back and the location for the screws on top was not correct and I had to reinstall it 3 X. Also, instead of just pressing a button for 2 min or 3 min, etc., one has to press cook time 1st. That could have been corrected with simply software. Otherwise, my wife is pleased with the stainless steel, and that is what counts.

I love this microwave. It's true to the time settings. I don't have to nuke my food 5 times just to get it warm. The automatic fan scared me at first but its a great feature to have. Overall 2 thumbs up.
