Good price and easy to use

For the price, its a good Microwave. Easy to follow instructios to install. IReplaced another microwave, so install only took 30 minutes, that includes removing the old mount for the other microwave. Fan is alittle noisy, and the light could be brighter, but overall it has all the necessary functions. Would recomend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been a fan of Whirlpool since I was 19 years old. My mom always purchased their products. I only saw Whirlpool in my home as far as washer/dryers are concerned. So when I first moved out and bought my first washer & dryer, Whirlpool was the only product that made me want to buy it.When I first purchased this microwave in 2014, I loved it. I've only had washer/dryers from Whirlpool but nothing else so I thought I would give their other appliances a try. I had a screw missing, but it wasn't and issue at first I guess. I must say I was impressed at first but as time went on I started having issues. The missing screw was for the glass covering the bulb area. There should have been two but I only had one. Low and behold, the bulb wen out. No big deal right? That's what I thought until I realized the bulb basically broke/popped. The metal part that connects to the glass of the bulb separated.I didn't know that until my son looked under there. It took me FOREVER to get it out. My previous microwave bulb never went out in 8 years. (My son mistakenly put a burger wrapper that contained foil under the paper. Bye bye microwave.) I never expected to have any issues with this brand and I must say it SURPRISED ME. I think throughout my youth and adult life my mom and grandparents always held Whirlpool to this HIGHER STANDARD and it was passed down to me. So Whirlpool, I challenge you to do better. I can't recommend this product cause I don't know if I can stand by it. I find myself thinking what next with this microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

good micro wave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installing it was a breeze, good technology. The glass tray stays in level withn the floor, that is important for me. Opening and closing of the door I specially lik. Only a light push is enough to close ,and it closes with a pleasant thud. I can open the door with minimum energy. Over all appearance also is good . Summing upI love this product

Bought this model as a replacement for another brand that quit on me. All I really needed was a simple microwave that will heat the basics - leftovers, coffee, etc. It fits the bill and looks good as well.

We bought this microwave along with a stainless steel Whirpool dishwasher and refrigerator for our new house 3 months ago. Love the simplicity and design of this microwave. The automatic functions, especially the Popcorn button is appreciated.;)

Great microwave

We purchased this microwave as our anniversary gift to us. We celebrated 59 years of marriage. We had a whirlpool before so we replaced it with a newer one with stainless steel front and replaced the black faced front. It has more power than the old one and we are learning how to cook with this power. We are very pleased with this unit.
