Have same problem

Microwave not working correctly. No interior light and just gives a “door” error message. The light had been flicking in past few weeks. It works on and off - I suppose it’s about to completely fail. Bought November 2015 and was in our renovated house for just under 2 years before it has been used. Elderly parent uses it and seems it is only giving us 7 months of use ! Disappointed !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trips breaker

This came with the house built in 2012. Couple of weeks ago it suddenly stopped working. When I checked at breaker box it has tripped the breaker. I reset the breaker and it wouldn’t start. On further research found out that the fuse is blown of. Replaced it with new fuse and again it tripped the breaker when I tried to run again. I did not think it should give up in 6 years. Service tech suspected the issue with the door and bracket. Unfortunately it is hard to find parts and even if you find one it cost a fortune.

Great for 1.5 years then stops working

I bought this unit December 2016, and now May 2018 not functioning. First the door would not latch, then all power stopped working. Will cost almost as much as purchasing a new microwave to repair. At this point if I am buying new, I will seek out another brand.

Mine is like new, and I've had it since 2012

I bought this in 2012 when I remodeled my small kitchen, as a way to save countertop space. It is vented through the roof, and it has every feature I wanted. I have used it daily, repeatedly, for six years and it works just as well, and looks just as good, as the day it was installed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Microwave died after 7 years

We purchased our house brand new with the appliances. This was the microwave installed at build and has been malfunctioning on and off for the past year. It now takes several minutes to warm soup through. Of all the appliances this is the only giving us trouble and makes a loud humming noise when in use. And to make matters worse it is difficult to find a replacement.
