Heats food quickly

Bought this about a year ago, very nice microwave the only con is finding the filter and changing it. The manual's have to be down loaded and none of them show you how to replace filter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Remember when products lasted?

This is not a 'new' microwave for me, however, its not old either. The lights come on, the dish rotates, but no heat. For the repair cost, i could just buy a new one. I'll try a different brand

Unit does not heat anything any longer. Glass tray shattered. Nice that Fan still works for cooking smells, but I need a Microwave. Very dissappointed, inferior product

Quit after 6 years

This micro came with my new house in 2011. Worked fine and we were happy until 3 weeks ago. It starting making a crackling noise and then quit after 2 seconds. We could reset and then it would work. As each day went by we had to reset over and over until finally it wouldn' work at all. Should have lasted longer than 6 years.

Venting is not sufficent over range

Problems with blown light over range. Noted rusting in the light fixture area, realized that the venting is not sufficent when cooking on range top that the whole microwave becomes covered in condensation and moisture is affecting the light over range to the point of blown light and inability for light to be turned to half power vs full power vs off position! Light will only stay in ON position and blow out due to overheating. I have taken out the bulb but I have serious concerns over electrical fires due to condensation accumulation in the electrical areas of the microwave. The microwave itself is working fine. Very Poor Ventilation for an over the range microwave!!!!
