Stupid Lightbulb location

Microwave works great since I moved in the house in 2011, but now the lightbulb has burned out, and we have to replace it. However, the glass broke off and left the metal screw stuck in the socket. The location of it is at the very back, facing the wall where we can't see or maneuver to work the screw out. We're going to have to take the microwave down to get it out and replace the bulb. The engineers need to rethink this design.

Unhappy Whirlpool Microwave Product

I very seldom use this product because it is at my vacation house. It should last forever. The door on my Whirlpool Microwave is cracking in several places on the outside. It has made my kitchen ugly.This must be a common problem because others are complaining with the same problems that I have. I own two Whirlpool glass top stoves, a Whirlpool refrigerator and was considering replacing my washer and dryer with Whirlpool. ?????

This unit is a little deeper and higher than previous model and only has 2 fan speeds and fan is loud on high.

461965621682The whole door looks like it is about to become unglued. This unit is just over 2 years old! This is a horrible horrible quality and an eye sore in my kitchen now! Let's see if they stand behind there products!

Great Microwave........Runs quietly,& cleans easily. I even like the two level light. When the kitchen is cleaned and the lights are off, I like the soft light that illuminates the room!
