Not too happy

The front surface of the microwave and especially the handle get very hot when the stove is in use, and after about 3 years the handle cracked and a piece fell off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

my old one had express cooking meaning I could press 1 - 6 and it would run for 1 to 6 mins depending on the number I hit. This does not have that. Also no instructions. I had to go online and there is nothing of use. Instructions are poorly written. 6 pages of nothing I can use. I see the features but have no clue. Oh you have to hit this and then hit that and then do this. As soon as I can I will replace this with a better one. This was a replacement from my home warranty company. It does not have a rack in there and I loved that about my old one. We shall see when the holidays come if it works.

Internal fan and vent fan stopped working

On 4/15/12, I bought all new Whirpool appliances for the kitchen. The refrigerator, then the dishwasher, now the microwave all had problems. The microwave internal fan and the vent fan just stopped working. 1 year warranty not enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave does everything that it's supposed to do. I really like the fact that it reminds you when you have something inside. The only issue I have with my microwave is the film on the inside of the door has a bubble in it...meaning, if I wanted to, I could stick my finger inside the film and pull it off the door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a wonderful appliance,with only one thing I do not care for.It has to few preset times for defrost,and cooking certain things.
