I bought this one to replace another brand of microwave. This microwave is much easier to operate and does what it is supposed to do. My old microwave kept giving me error messages and finally quit working altogether. It is such a joy to use a machine that does what it promises.

Small and full of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this appliance and had some concerns when some of the buttons wouldn't work on the keypad. Whirlpool covered the repair and the technician had the part with him on the day he arrived so there was no second visit. This microwave is easy to use and has alot of features you might only find on a larger microwave. It heats quickly and evenly. I am very satisfied with this appliance.

Very cost efficient unit that works great. Very attractive and does everything we want it to. My wife likes that it sits lower that our previous one.

Good all around microwave

Replaced a counertop microwave with this over the stove model. Installation was easy using the provided instructions. The microwave has plenty of capacity and power. I have reduced the cooking times compared to my old GE unit. The microwave is very simple to operate, and feels well built.
