Plastic trim scratches too easily. Door panel is warped. Frequently get an error message regarding the door not being closed. We would have never bought this on our own, but it came with the new house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy and good!

Once I realized that this microwave was taller than my old one, the install was quick and easy. RTFM and use the template that comes with it. Once installed, it is a very good microwave. It has all the features I like, and none of the ones I don't. You won't go wrong with this little baby.

I've had this microwave for about 2 months. The only thing I wish it had is one touch start. It works very well and I especially like the defrost feature.

Fan is noisy, but tolerable. Didn't come with a manual and we had to download one on line. Still trying to figure out the defrost. I really like this microwave and would buy another.

Sleek addition to my kitchen!

I am so glad I purchased this model as a replacement for my old hood/combo microwave. It has a beautiful stainless finish that really enhances my kitchen. The buttons are intuitive and easy to read. I am now looking at a matching refrigerator!

A littler different in controls. Although not asked here, also bought a dishwasher with which I am not satisfied. Doesn't dry completely among other things

The styling and quality in this model is consistent with much pricier models/brands. The simplicity of the control panel is easy to understand for all ranges of users. 15 years from now, I expect this same microwave to be well in service.
