foods are hot fast, settings are easy to understand, it is the perfect picture for my kitchen.... only wish I'd bought it sooner,,,, cuz it certainly provides good food fast, and a lovely addition to our home

When I bought our new microwave, I wanted to get the same name brand as the one we had. Boy, am I glad I did. We just love our new microwave. It can do things our old one never could, like hitting the amount of time you need and when you close the door, all you have to do is hit the on switch. It is also bigger than the old model and that is also a big help for us. It is also much more quiet than the older unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It was a replacement for an older Whirlpool microwave...This new one is quiet and has features that we use all the time - Baked potatoes, veggies and defrost, just name a few.

Lacking pad lighting

The microwave key pad has NO back light- and it has light gray writing on a dark background- making it VERY difficult to see the controls. We have to turn on the bright lights in our kitchen to see the controls
