Very useful, works just like I hoped

I purchased this after reading reviews of the product. This was very highly ranked. While we use the 30 second button the most, I like that inside the door is a key that explains the Reheat feature, and I've heard the Melt/Soften feature works very well. I intend to put them to use soon. Only gripe is that it does not have auto-touch 1 and 2 minute buttons, which would be nice, but I can hit "30" a couple times and get there easily enough.

We recently upgraded most of our appliances and selected Whirlpool stainless steel appliances for everything. Very happy with that decision. This microwave looks great, cooks great, has lots of features, and is very quiet.

Light Already Broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this appliance for 6 months, the light already stopped working in it. Also, fan is impressively noisy for the little amount of air it seems to displace. Finally, its not a very modern looking design. Functionality wise, it seems to do the microwave party pretty well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The first one stopped working after just 3 years but it is over the stove unit in a townhouse so we had to do a direct replacement. It went in very easily and works fine.
